我真係冇做錯...
個客4期單唔交錢...system自動cut佢機..
佢打黎嘈...係都要我開番機俾佢..我問d大粒野..
佢地都話唔可以開...
個客就問我攞名同staff no.
話要投訴我...出warning letter俾我...
日日都有好多人話自己冇爆分鐘..唔駛交咁多錢...
嘈嘈嘈...好煩...
我幫佢地check野...個system真係load得好q慢..
佢就話我check得慢....
我唔同佢講"唔好意思..要你等咁耐"
佢就話我服務態度差...
講多兩講又要叫經理黎...
經理唔得閒...同個客解釋經理而家做緊野..唔方便聽電話..
叫佢留低電話...一陣call back佢...
佢就叫我唔好講咁多廢話...係都要叫經理...唔肯收線...
俾音樂佢聽...等經理黎..佢又話我hold住佢條線..哂佢時間...
