Ronder,a peson that have a special ability,in another words,"Super Power".
This happens in 2089,all human being have Super Power,but because of selfishness and greed,
people use they're power in crime,
stealing,killing,raping,
all dirty crimes came out.
in april 6 2089,
the goverment decided to make an organization to eliminate all bad Ronder, A.R.(Anti Ronder)
