無法使用MSN群的WEB CHAT功能，如何解決這個問題？
進入MSN群，點擊WEB CHAT旁的“立即開聊”按鈕，彈出聊天窗口，一直顯示LOADING,之後就提示“Connection has been lost or encounters a problem, please try again later”，我再點擊RETRY按鈕，結果還是一樣。
